Welcome and thank you for choosing the Denise Bryers Fitness. My program is a combination of small group training and bootcamps designed to help you in reaching your health, wellness and fitness goals. Change can be difficult; but, change requires willingness, focus, and work. This program is meant to push you. By entering into this program, you have committed to making those much-needed life changes. It all starts with the mind, body, and soul. When challenged or tempted, remember that you are earning your results every step of the way!
how it works
In-Person Group Training and Bootcamps
You can choose from the following levels of participation:
LEVEL THREE (UNLIMITED SESSIONS)
Looking to go all in with your fitness goals, this package is for you. With a great mix of strength, cardio and bootcamps attend sessions 5 or more times a week and choose between morning or evening sessions. When is comes to your goals, flexibility is key. - $200/MONTH
LEVEL TWO (4 DAYS A WEEK)
Choose a morning schedule that works best for you or flex your schedule and come in the evening. Mix it up between strength training and/or bootcamps. - $175/MONTH
LEVEL THREE (2-3 DAYS A WEEK)
Strength training only or bootcamps only. With this package, choose either three days a week in the morning or two days in the evening. Commit either way and meet your goals. - $150/MONTH.

All sessions are held at 4M Fitness, 2021 Van Buren Avenue, Indian Trail
(Minutes from 485 and Independence)
6AM VIRTUAL GROUP TRAINING
ZOOM Group Training from your home or gym. Workouts are assigned on the Denise Bryers Fitness App and the group meets on ZOOM Monday - Thursday at 6AM for accountability.
