- DUMBBELL SETS RANGING FROM 5LBS TO 15 OR MORE
- RESISTANCE BANDS OF VARYING RESISTANCE
- ANKLE WEIGHTS 2.5 TO 5LBS SETS
- JUMP ROPE
- EXERCISE BALL
- STEP
- EXERCISE MAT
- ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT IS A PLUS
