Denise Bryers Fitness provides a full-scale training program that includes the following:
Strength Training, Metabolic Conditioning and Cardio Plan
Fitness and Nutrition Assessment
Macro Recommendaton and Meal Plan Guide with Grocery List
Progress Pictures and Unlimited Coaching
Monthly Check Ins and Accountability
ALL SESSIONS MUST BE USED WITHIN FOUR WEEKS. SESSIONS DO NOT CARRY OVER PAST FIVE WEEKS.
Customer will be charged $500.00 per month for 3 billing cycles. This subscription will expire after 3 months. After three months, customer will be invoiced month to month.

- ANY ISSUES YOU HAVE WITH STAYING COMMITTED TO A MEAL PLAN OR FITNESS REGIMIN
- WORK SCHEDULE AND WHETHER YOU WORK FROM HOME OR IN THE OFFICE
IF YOU ARE WORKING OUT AT HOME, YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING EQUIPMENT:
- DUMBBELL SETS RANGING FROM 5LBS TO 15 OR MORE
- RESISTANCE BANDS OF VARYING RESISTANCE
- ANKLE WEIGHTS 2.5 TO 5LBS SETS
- JUMP ROPE
- EXERCISE BALL
- EXERCISE MAT
- ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT IS A PLUS
