- Four mobile personal training sessions per month (Scheduled in advance, the first week of the month)
- Personalized workout plan, meal plan and nutritional guidance (includes revisions where needed)
- Access to my fitness app and food tracking app
- Progress pictures, weigh in biweekly and measurements monthly
- Weekly 1:1 coaching and check in
$250 per month (Three-month commitment required)
Hybrid Personal Training and Coaching Program
There are absolutely no refunds with this program because once we spend our time with you, we can’t get it back. We cannot guarantee results in a training relationship because results depend on your openness to being coached and your willingness to do the work.
If you are not completely satisfied with your investment and are on a payment plan, you may request we stop collecting on future payments. (It is rare, but it does happen that a coach and client may be ill-matched and it is best for both parties to go their separate ways.)
Monthly payments are automatically deducted. A 30-day notice is required for cancellation after a three-month commitment.
