Our personal training programs focus on developing and implementing a regimen centered around our clients needs. We utilize select strength training machines, weights, cardio, and functional fitness equipment to design workouts that aim towards our clients specific goals. We also understand that everyone has different nutritional needs and we assist clients with meal planning and supplemental nutrition advice that caters to their specific needs. At Denise Bryers Fitness, we focus on sustainable fitness to lasts for years to come. It's not about the moment, it's about the lifetime. $250/Month - Three Days a Week (12 Sessions) Partner Training
