  • Start with an one-hour discovery call and goal-setting session

  • 12 personal training sessions per month (three sessions per week) -or-

  • 8 personal training sessions per month (two sessions per week)

  • Progress photos, measurements and weigh ins

  • Monthly check-ins for tracking success and setting goals

  • Meal planning, nutritional guidance, advice, and recipes

  • Membership to the Facebook community group

  • Ongoing support via text or phone
